@ChloZenTime I think it started around the time Joker got in smash since for a few years, it was locked to PS4 so some people who were interested just relied on playthroughs. By the time it came to other platforms though, the joke was kinda just part of the community so it stuck around.

when did the persona fans don’t play their own games joke even start? I know danganronpa’s jokes for that started when people were making stupid writing statements and how it’s primarily only a visual novel but all persona fans ive talked to have like 100 hours in one at least

@VisualMae Like I adore Halara but outside of Chapter 1, they do nothing. Chapter 2 is fair because they aren't a woman (or a man), but 3 and 5 have to pretend they're dead and 4 barely uses them outside of their fighting abilities.

@VisualMae I could go on but I think RainCode relies too much on him. He's the only character that's allowed to have any relevance and plot importance for more than 30 minutes outside of Shinigami. Other characters I adore get thrown aside for Kodaka's lamest protagonist and it sucks

I miss raincode. drop the sequel already.
