The list I ran for CL… I think the hoothoot is so good for setting up functional checkmates and rosas encouragement helps smooth out games where your energy attachments start slow! I think the emphasis on max consistency makes it smooth to pilot 🫡

Final results: 4-3 Thank you to everyone who practiced with me or sent encouraging messages! I think I lost one to a big misplay, one to being Budew’d out of the game and one to not having a strong enough game plan. Anyways it was really fun playing and (hopefully) not the last!

I’m really liking the asynchronous nature of Japanese CLs! You just need to play 8 rounds in 5 hours (bo1) so you can choose when to queue up or if you need food that’s also possible ☺️

Today marks the first time I compete in a CL! I’m so excited and nervous but I hope to my best ☺️☺️
