I think this relates to a huge problem with race relations today. These people are told their entire life that we are equals. When people cannot achieve the same outcomes of people they are supposedly equal with, the natural conclusion is that we must be cheating or disadvantaging them. This breeds malice, hate, jealously, and entitlement. Race relations were better before the myth of equality

I think decriminalization and medical approval but it still being illegal overall is healthy compromise. State looks the other way unless you’re being retarded, a nuisance, or endangering people. Marijuana charges are also instrumental in keeping blacks in prison. Legalization directly correlates with increased crime rates because one of the easiest means of arresting minorities is removed.
