The airport operations team was deployed this morning to assist Port Health, operated by the @HealthZA, to assist in queue management. @Ortambo_int as a partner to Port Health will continue to monitor and aid in these instances. Our apologies for any frustration caused.

@Cloe323391042 @AJPhillipson @ortambo_int @HealthZA @adamwbye @FCDOGovUK @Airports_ZA Well done Claire. I tried but they just would not accept our UK documents. We have been in transit all day to get to Kruger but due back at the airport in 3 days for flight to Cape Town so hoping it is all sorted by then 🤞🏻

Now is the best time of year to create a wildflower meadow for bees in your garden.
🏡Mow the lawn
🖐️Press wildflower seeds in to patches of bare ground
⌛️Wait and watch nature create a wildflower meadow
Will you help #savebees ? plantlife.org.uk/uk/discover-wi…

Great work #TeamEA. This type of work is so effective, balancing risk with need to keep river habitat features in place on a recovering river to support fish and wildlife. The Tame was once dead to life but not anymore. Grayling, barbel, eel, pike, bullhead. It supports them all.

This large willow tree was spanning the River Tame near Kingsbury #Warwickshire just upstream of a road bridge. We’ve cut it back before it detaches & blocks the bridge but we've left the base & lower limbs in the river so it can regrow, protect the bank & give cover for #fish

It's a tricky balance between ensuring adequate capacity for base flows whilst retaining important woody debris in the channel. Careful and selective thinning happening today thanks to @Boreal_Trees @EnvAgencyMids

Gross picture alert ! It’s #Unblocktober- an awareness month to improve the health of our drains, sewers and water courses. Look at this blockage found in Coleshill- how did the golf balls get in there? To avoid blockages, please only flush pee, poo and toilet paper!

Endangered White-clawed #Crayfish
We often find them using cans & bottles as refuges
Be careful when you're doing your stream cleans. Thanks!
