Not content with flying up and down the wing for 90 minutes, multiple times a week, Captain Sam Boon is taking on another challenge on top... 26.2 miles at the Brighton Marathon next weekend.
Sam is running to support Myeloma UK, a charity incredibly close to his heart as his dad continues his battle with an incurable blood cancer affecting that affects 33,000 people in the UK.
Every donation, big or small, goes along way to support Myeloma UK support families like Sam’s as they try, through research and treatments, to find a cure.

The results did not go are way yesterday, against a very good @ChristchurchFC_, who are in for a very good season.
Just before the game Rhys Crooks received a bottle of champagne, 🍾 by Dave Cox, for playing over 200 games for the club 💚💚
@Rhys_Crookes Well done Rhys. 200 appearances for any club is an impressive achievement. Terry Cox going to be fuming when it’s your face above the bar 😏
