Something that is going to be very interest in CFB 27 dynasty is your facilities tier grade. This will impact your pitches to recruits as well as dealbreaker. Key notes - your facilities grades is strictly tied to your facilities tier. Such as basic, competitive, premier, elite and national powerhouse - it’s now going to be a range, so if you have a basic facility it’s goin to be an F, if you have a competitive facility it’s going to be D- to D+ - the ranges work based on the equipment packages you purchase and equip to your facilities. You can equip packages that increase your facilities grade within your range. So if your grade in elite facility is a b- adding the equipment boost could make it a b or b+ the key tradeoff is going to be this, do you value recruiting or wear and tear/ injuries more. You can utilize your equipment slides to increase the grade which increase your recruit pitches and help with dealbreakers. Alternatively, you could opt for abilities that help with wear and tears, injuries and practice fatigue and help the longevity of your roster and allow for harder practices which lead to more XP. Obviously a 5 star school with maxed facilities can likely balance a sweet spot for both, but smaller schools will need to make a call.

Manny Machado has been one of the biggest reasons the Padres don’t have a better record. Since Manny doesn’t like analytics let’s keep it simple he’s hitting .171 on the year with an OPS of .595. Somehow his numbers in high leverage and RISP are even WORSE. His play has been unacceptable. The most frustrating part is him being truly awful when there’s a runner on 3rd base less than 2 outs. His situational hitting makes him look like he’s a rookie instead of a 15 year vet.
