If this matter remains unresolved, I will take it up with a relevant special interest community. I will reserve further action until I determine that the matter cannot be resolved amenably. I have been reasonable to this point, but without any progress.

They Cited - Fraud Risk - They were indifferent to the fact that I have an existing history as a customer of SimpleHelp, They refused to permit an Authorization upon my consent to permit the transaction. They further declined to offer an alternative means of issuing payment.
