🔥 ETS2 will drive up firewood prices, worsening energy poverty & air pollution. Millions of low-income households rely on firewood for heating, but without safeguards, they’ll be hit hard by the transition. #EnergyJustice

The EU's plan falls short on energy poverty & does little to ensure access to affordable renewable energy for all. Meanwhile, public funding keeps missing those most in need. This is a critical failure! ❌ #AffordableEnergy

Last week, we organised our energy poverty workshop during the #RightToEnergyForum - the very first one focusing on #energypoverty and #PublicHealth . An important step to share priorities, challenges and to identify joint working strands between sectors.
