@MaxCalendrillo Difference in fundamentals and athleticism. Roy relied on reflexes Floyd relied on skills. Mayweather adjusted mid fight constantly Roy fought his fight only, Roy would sacrifice positioning for flash, Floyd was more economical and didn’t waste a shot. Roy also failed a ped test.

@ibringit_92 @Artmanthegoat Not really. People think a 10oz gloves is the knuckles when it’s not. The padding is mainly in wrist and the top of the glove, the knuckle can be felt in a proper fight glove. I’m not talking sparring or bag gloves either. Pro contest fight glove is completely different.

The heavyweight champ has just signed to a boxing manager and he has 0 relationship with his promoter. He got injured and the company shat on him.

Also Boxers at the bottom fight for 300 dollars. Eddie himself literally paid a guy 13k to fight Luis Ortiz on short notice and another guy 40k for the WBC belt.

That happens everywhere but UFC fighters regardless what they sell or do will always be paid less than boxers. What’s the highest ever purse?
