@LittleChunJie Finally got thru by using the Spanish option . Lol . It’s just a processing delay . When they see your docusign they will update , best thing is to use the combo 9,2,SSN-pin, 1,2,2,2,5,3 and use the Spanish option .

REMINDER: All UI & PUA claimants will see the “File A Claim” button once they reach their BYE date.
Everyone has the option to reapply after their benefit year, but you are only required to if you are a UI claimant who earned 10x your weekly rate from non-self employment wages.

I certified and was paid that final week . Then on Sunday 3/21 did the same certified successfully have not returned to work and did not earn 10Xs my benefit rate why is nothing showing in my payment history ?

@NYSLabor . I have an unemployment claim BYE March 14th, 2021. haven’t worked entire year. filled out DocuSign stating that. haven’t received regular UI nor the PUA payment this week and it usually comes by Tuesday Night. Is this just a delay in processing ? Or should I file a new claim ?

REMINDER: If you reapply after your BYE date, it will take 2-3 weeks to process your new claim.
During this time, you will likely see your claim revert to a $0 rate, a past benefit year date, and/or your original claim. This is normal. (1/2)

To allow claimants with regular matters to get through to speak to a rep, please do not call our TCC to check on the progress of your claim unless it’s been 3 weeks and your claim is not yet payable.
