The “legal loophole” is just sentencing a guy convicted of 34 felonies to prison like they do with literally everyone else

New York State has found a legal loophole that would force Trump to serve his prison sentence for the entire 4 years of his Presidency. -Keep in mind Trump is sentenced on Nov.26, that is before he’s sworn into office and even then cannot be pardoned from a state case.
