When brokerages give direct data feeds to ZIllow (outside of the MLS), Zillow owns the agents’ and brokerages’ data forever and can sell their data forever. See Zillow’s Terms of Use. Unlike Zillow, Compass International Holdings has committed to have all publicly marketed listings in the MLS for cooperation across all brokerages. I Support Mandatory Submission For the MLS to be Source of Truth for Comps. I Support Mandatory Cooperation of Publicly Marketed Listings. I Don’t Support Mandatory Marketing To Ai Companies and 3rd Party Sites like Zillow Outside of the MLS.

Last night was a special night! I took all of our employees in the Tri-State are who were either promoted, or got a top rated review in the last performance cycle out to dinner in New York. We shared a lot of laughs and some great food.

Welcome back to Compass, Aaron! The best way to start the week was welcoming Aaron and The Carte Blanche Team back to Compass this morning at our 111 5th Avenue office. It felt just like the old times walking through the office together and stopping by peoples offices.

Yesterday was Take Your Kids to Work Day! At our Compass HQ we hosted a whole day of activities and my son, River, even joined! After a pizza party for lunch we joined a few meetings before heading to the Downtown Brooklyn office for a rooftop Happy Hour. What a great day

Last night I attended the Grand Opening of the Chirag Shah Coaching headquarters in Westport Connecticut with members of our leadership team and over 150 Compass agents from across the country! Chirag has built an incredible business and I’m lucky to call him a friend.
