I absolutely know it's not an accessible option for many meetings but just had my second walking meeting & actually being able to both process information & communicate back was utterly incredible. For an ADHD brain the format is utterly transformative

The formula for change is DxVxF>R. D= Dissatisfaction with how things are. V = Vision of what is possible. F = First, concrete steps. If the product of these three factors is greater than R = Resistance, then change is possible.
