@AdHaque110 Symbolically, it could matter in future mediation. Lebanon could file an Article 12(3) declaration accepting ICC jurisdiction. But Lebanon’s fragmented political system makes such a move unlikely, especially if US pressure Beirut or condition assistance against it. Let's see.

Iran is unlikely to accept ICC jurisdiction, which would extend to war crimes committed by its own armed forces. But Lebanon might. They seem fed up with Hezbollah. And PM Salam should be amenable.

ان يكون حزب الله مخطئا في تأجيج حرب لم تنته اصلا لا يبرئ ابدا الحكومة من مسؤولية الدفاع عن شعبها كل شعبها وأرضها كل ارضها ضد اعتداءات وجرائم اسرائيل بكل وسيلة متاحة. هذا لا يعني التهور او الانتحار... لكن يعني الشجاعة في تحمل المسؤولية بصورة كاملة.
