In case you’re wondering, @MTNza still has not resolved my issue despite multiple apologies for the inconvenience and delays, multiple tickets logged and nothing done. I am still paying every month for 10GB that I am not receiving. MTN do not give two hoots about their customers

@RobsWilliams @MTNza Good luck cancelling your account. When I immigrated, I tried to cancel my contract, which had already expired and gone into the month to month phase. It took me 4 months, and they still haven't refunded me for billing me after I had cancelled. @MTNza is useless
