So arrived in the states get a text from ee to a link to buy my roaming add on but it says I'm blocked fron buying data, see your account holder. I've turned off wifi but no joy. Now can only relay on WiFi at hotel. Thanks ee you are rubbish now I can't use my apps when out.

@virginmedia Morning. I switched on the TV this morning, and I can't use the box. On the screen, it's asking for the new remote control, but I don't have one. So now I don't know if one has been sent out for this box

@virginmedia So I have switched on the TV only to a screen asking me to program my new control. After a lengthy chat session last night, it looks like the update has been done, but I now can't use my box. There is no email to say if it's i the post at all. It just gets better and better.

@virginmedia Just one more thing, I was told month's ago I would get some wifi booster for free. But never got them. I pay 127.00 a month. it's really bad service.

@virginmedia All I get is we could process your order. Sorry for the inconvenience. So I scared the QR Code, and it says the same thing. Error TM/1510-0--100155. It's a WASTE of TIME. I wish you wouldn't promote a service that doesn't work or won't upgrade the two box. I pay alot of money.

@reading_buses can anyone help. Just wanted to know why the 26 towards Reading is so full of schoolchildren. I don't ever remember it being so full. Do they not have their own bus? Just wondering.

@virginmedia I don't understand Virgin Media. They told me months ago i will get one of these pods to boost my WiFi, but never received it. NOW I've receved an email telling me how to get one, but I can't see how you do this. Virgin is such hard work.
