@sainsburys I placed an order over 3 hours ago via ChopChop, it still hasn't arrived and I've had to chase this 3 times. I was told an hour ago it would be here in 10-15 minutes and I've just been told the same again. Shocking level of service all round

Somehow our GP has ended up with two services live neither of which allow me to execute the basic function of requesting/booking a follow up appointment in 4-6 weeks 🙃

Always exciting to see how digitising the process for GP appointments/triage has resulted in only _great_ outcomes for end users... Really think creating a service that feels worse than the DVLA's test booking service is an achievement.
