@RyanMacVT Yes, you’ve been around! I am curious about your mindset of when to leave a given employer and what is your ideal job / position for your skills? It takes time to build successful teams and most notable Clubs and golf courses are constantly seeking talent & improvement.

My career has taken me many places and I’ve found finding success at each property is all about empowering the people I lead rather than dictating their every move. Setting a vision that’s others before me seemed impossible while entrusting those who follow
