@WaddleandSilvy Why didn't the Rams do this last year & trade for Parsons? It's all about timing. The Bears aren't ready for this type of move and going all in and mortgaging the future, absolutely not. Been there done that. Let the team be ready, really ready for that move.

🚨🚨🚨 Bombshell: The Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, per @rapsheet, @TomPelissero and me. In exchange for Garrett, the Rams are expected to send Pro-Bowl edge Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft-pick compensation still being negotiated to the Browns.

The scary part of Myles Garrett on the #Rams... A lot of Garrett’s production — including his NFL-record 23 sacks last season — came while playing on a team that was frequently trailing. The thought of Garrett on a Rams team that should be playing with leads a lot more often is a scary one for the rest of the NFL.

IL reps gave up (if they leave) billions in tax revenue from the other structures to be built, sales tax revenue, income tax revenue, etc. They had a chance to go into business with the Bears and chose not to. He has elite pop time and with said athleticism can play other positions to help with wear and tear. Plus he's hitting like Piazza.
