At my last place of employment I was performing tasks outside of my job description to help my manager get "ahead". After reading this chapter I realized my employer conducted a job evaluation. Tasks and pay we realigned based on work performed. @huskymgmt #SCSU #mgmt352 #HRpay

Starting anything new can be scary & stressful. In my past experience I have not always felt confident when being trained into new positions, caused by toxic work environments. Creating positive spaces will encourage training and engagement. @huskymgmt #SCSU #mgmt352 #HRtraining
