Happy birthday to ex @RamsNFL DE Brian Smith (60)! The former @AuburnFootball standout LB was a 2nd rd. pick in '88 who switched to DE & got 3 sacks over a short 2-year @NFL career. He started 4 games in '90 & somehow got Mike Piel's spot in #TecmoSuperBowl. Happy birthday Brian!

Happy Birthday, Freeman McNeil! The slashing running back led the #Jets in rushing for eight straight seasons from 1981 to 1988 — leading the NFL in 1982. In the 1982 AFC First-Round Playoff in Cincinnati, Freeman rushed for a then-AFC postseason single-game record 202 yards, scoring a touchdown and throwing for another. #JetUp

Happy birthday to former @Giants & #TecmoSuperBowl QB Jeff Hostetler (65)! He's remembered for filling in for an injured Phil Simms during the team's Super Bowl run in '90. He went on to earn a Pro Bowl spot in '94 before retiring in '97 after 12 seasons. Happy birthday Jeff!
