And I knew that our team at @Climatebase was in the best position to make this vision a reality for our city. But honestly, I didn't think that we would see this level of turnout in just our second year of organizing @SFClimateWeek. 🤯 Last year, when our team at Climatebase organized the inaugural SFCW, we saw over 100 events take place. This year, in partnership with hundreds of climate organizations, we have more than TRIPLED the number of events! 🎉 Our mission at Climatebase is to mobilize talent to work on climate solutions. SF Climate Week is an extension of this mission, and I couldn't be more thrilled to see so much excitement and participation in this movement we've spearheaded to establish SF Climate Week as California's premier summit focused on accelerating climate solutions. In today’s spotlight, we have Zuza Hicks, the brilliant brand designer behind SF Climate Week’s distinctive brand. 🌿 Zuza is a Sacramento-based brand designer who loves working with passion and purpose-driven brands. She designs logos, brand identities, and packaging for quietly rebellious businesses that want to do things differently. She combines strategy and research to create powerful, meaningful brands with comprehensive tools to leave their mark. For a while now, she's been yelling in different corners of the Internet about how businesses can stand out while making their eco-friendly values look hot 🔥– and not in a way that makes the earth boil. It's her mission to help businesses create visually stunning branding that also promotes a more sustainable future. She has a unique perspective on design since she's Polish and lived there until her late 20s. She then followed her heart all the way to California and stayed ever since.
