It is relevant, and very simple to understand. The Bulls are a private employer. They have the right to terminate Ivey's status as a member of their team, whenever they want, based on whatever actions he may have done. So no, it is not "free speech", and you need to learn what that actually means. You need to just be quiet and let the adults speak.
