Vikings get a 3 game sweep this weekend vs South Florida State. Won Friday night 11-1 and then 4-2 & 11-7 today. Solid performance all the way around for the Vikings.

Vikings defeat Pasco Hernando 15-5 tonight in gm 1 of a Sun Lakes Conference series. Andrew Furey went 5 IP allowing 3 H’s, 1 BB, 3 ER’s & 3 K’s. Jonathan Davila was 3/4 w/ a HR & 4 RBI’s. Ira Jefferies hit a Grand Slam & Thomas Bly had a 3 run HR. Brody Dalton has an RBI double.

Tonight’s home game vs Santa Fe College has been canceled and will not be made up. The Vikings take on Pasco Hernando State Thursday in New Port Richey at 5 pm and then Saturday at Tindall Field for a 2 pm DH.

The Vikings sweep FSCJ in a Sun Lakes Conference DH 6-5 & 7-5. In gm 1 Griffin Howe got the W & Connor Hill the SV. Brody Dalton had 3 hits including the gm winner in the 7th. In gm 2 Noah Cima had a GS HR & 5 RBI’s, Reilly Six got the W w/ 5 shutout IP & Ryan Whitaker the SV.

The Vikings fall today at Palm Beach State 10-7 in the Sun Lakes Conference opener. Tomorrow’s doubleheader begins at 12 pm.

The Vikings game tomorrow vs Kellogg has been moved up to a 12 pm start due to weather expected to move into the area later in the afternoon.

#11 Vikings defeat #4 Heartland 5-2 tonight. Andrew Furey went 6.1 IP allowing 2 hits, 1 R w/ 9 K’s for the W. Connor Hill got his 3rd SV of the year w/ 3 K’s in 1.1 IP. Ayden Elixson was 2/2 w/ an RBI. Alex Bruno was 1/4 w/ 2 RBI’s. The Vikings are now 11-3 overall.

Vikings win 9-7 vs Central Alabama to end the 4 game road trip. Elias Alvarado got the W going 2.2 IP & Connor Hill got his 2nd SV. The Vikings offense struggled to string together quality at bats for 7 innings before scoring 8 runs in the 8th & 9th. Vikings are now 10-2 overall.

The Vikings are in Alexander City, Alabama to take on the Trojans of Central Alabama Community College today at 12:00 pm CST. Jace Akers gets the start on the mound today in his first college appearance.

Vikings defeat Coastal Alabama - South 9-8. Vikings are now 9-2 on the season. Ayden Elixson delivered a Grand Slam to put the Vikings up 8-4 in the 6th and Ira Jefferies - Harris his a solo shot in the 7th for one of his 3 hits. Cael Brannon got the W after going 6.1 IP.

The Vikings defeat East Central (MS) today 17-11. The Vikings hit 7 HR’s led by Noah Cima’s 3 and Alex Bruno’s 2. Reilly Six got the W on the mound with 2.2 IP in relief and Connor Hill got the SV with 2 scoreless IP. The Vikings now play Coastal Alabama - South at 3 pm CST.
