The Graham Home is a cozy, 1970s A-Frame with a Mid-Century Mod design aesthetic located in Moneta. This 2,300-square-foot, three bedroom, three bath home was recently remodeled to update and lighten the classic lake architecture, and what a success that remodel was!

The YMCA GROUP consists of 3 separate charities that have partnered together. The 3 charities are: Franklin County Family YMCA – Smith Mountain Lake, SML Marine Volunteer Fire & Rescue, and Wonderfully Made.

The stunning arched roofs immediately tell you that the Coulson Home in Moneta is something special. The home’s style can be described as Industrial meets Rustic Modern, and it showcases many unique design features.

The board and batten-sided Cole Home in South Harbour is a great example of the Modern Farmhouse style. The nearly 6,000 square foot home has a fabulous open-concept kitchen and dining area with a large island & custom cabinets.

Tackfully Teamed Riding Academy is a therapeutic riding center in Henry, VA. Its mission is to provide therapeutic horseback riding and other activities to persons with disabilities, giving them an opportunity to improve their physical, mental, emotional and social lives.

Located in Moneta, the Fogarty Home is built in the Modern Prairie style with deep eaves, a low-pitched roof, and large windows. This 4,000 square foot home has four bedrooms, four full baths, and two ½ baths. Natural light floods the main floor living areas.

SML Good Neighbors, founded in 2007,  provides academic, enrichment and nutritional programs, free of cost, to students in rising 1st - 6th grades, and scholarships to high school seniors in Franklin and Bedford County, Virginia. smlgoodneighbors.org

Located in Park Place subdivision, the Heller home is a Traditional style with some Craftsman influences. This 4,000 square foot home has 4 bedrooms and 4½ baths on 3 levels and has wide views up the Roanoke’s main channel.

Helping Hands of Franklin County’s mission is to provide financial assistance to help the emergency needs of the citizens of Franklin County.  Typical emergency needs include electric bill termination or overdue notices, rent or mortgage issues, heating fuel, etc.
