Salt Spring SAR raised over $1,600 for the #TerryFoxRun on Salt Spring Island. 14 members pushed 2 baskets stretchers along the course and had a great time supporting this fantastic community run event. We are happy to support such an important cause. #ssi #bcsara #curecancer

#SSI SAR was tasked by SSI EOC today for a wellness check for an individual without power or heat. Despite snowy roads and steep grades, our 4x4 EV with chains was able to locate the individual and their furry friend and evacuate them to a warm, safe place. #sar #rescue #bcsara
