@Maljy it might be a case where you'd need to work gradually on strengthening the surrounding muscles. There might be too much pressure on your hamstring alone

As someone who has pulled my hamstring 4 times in the last 15 months. Does anyone here have any sort of experience with it and how to potentially overcome it? I seem to do everything the physio says to help prevention but never seems to get me over the line. Help

Done a lot of reflection on the past 2 years in the last few weeks, being in a clear headspace away from the toy. I’m incredibly grateful for all the people I met through gaming and I’ll still be around in the scene with the collegiate side of things and some tourneys here or there. I would like to get into content/streaming more depending on the availability of my schedule too but we’ll see how we go. Just wanted to thank everyone who has supported this journey to NA over the last 2 years and I really wish I was able to make it to where I wanted to be but unfortunately not everything works out how you want it. However the ability to get a good and cheap education through gaming is something I am incredibly blessed to have. I’d also encourage more people to look into the college aspect because when inevitably the COD dream doesn’t work out for *everyone* it’s good to have a backup plan. 🫶

Canada bootcamp coming to an end. We took a crazy risk leaving our lives back home and I'm happy I can leave Canada and say I am satisfied with what we have accomplished as a team these past couple months. Now to refresh for a month and keep grinding (on 200 ping) before another bootcamp before WSOW hopefully. Got a huge announcement being announced soon too and looking forward to what the future holds 🤞🏽. Putting 🇦🇺 on the map. Also a big thank you @EmJaeCaer none of this would have been able to happen without you. Lets ogggg
