Our CALD STEM Changemakers Program had the privilege of having Leanne Cameron from James Cook University, lead a Thinking Sprint, exploring different ways of thinking. The girls embraced the challenge, prototyping the interior of a car suitable for elderly people.

Over 200 people, including Australia’s Chief Scientist Cathy Foley, attended the STEM Changemakers Celebration Event. The girls that participated in STEM Changemakers presented their solutions addressing a range of authentic industry problems pitched by local STEM industries.
