Karthik's #BellLetsTalk threads each year remind me how it's okay to talk about our own struggles with mental health. Mine hasn't been great lately. I'm working on that, every day. It doesn't make me less of a person to admit that.

Just a reminder that it’s okay to own up to mistakes and grow from them. Also, in case it weren’t obvious: Language that harms others is not welcome in my community, ever. Be hateful and I will ✨ show you the door. ✨
