Great stuff - a lot of clubs are focused on the first XV or everyone else supporting the first XV, but really every team at every age group + level within a club should support each other like this example...

What it's all about! Our 1st XV players clapping out our U12s as they run out for their curtain-raiser game ahead of Dorking v Sevenoaks. We're a proud community club and it doesn't get any better that seeing such smiles on the faces of the future generation. #wacomb
