58-48, Cowboys. 2:32 remaining.

Maysville trails 46-40 after three. A wild circus short from Wyoming at the buzzer looked well late, but officials let it stand. Eight minutes he’s on the clock, and here we go again…

Maysville has found its three point stroke. Nichols, Iden, Watson, Roehrig all with threes in the quarter. Still looking for an Evans solution, he’s up to 18 points. Wyoming up 38-33, halfway through the third.

Cowboys up ten at the break. Devin Evans leads all scorers with 12. Panthers need to step up the defense and limit turnovers in the second half but continue to get good looks on offense. Inconsistent officiating doesn’t help either.

Back-to-back threes from Kane Roehrig and Nichols. 16-10 Wyoming leads, two minutes into second quarter.

Maysville out of rhythm all quarter long, down by 8 after one. Gator Nichols, Landon Iden with the buckets for the Panthers.

Wyoming off to an 8-0 start, forcing a timeout from Dave Brown. Panthers getting good looks, just missing early. 3:12 left in the first.

The scene at the Nutter Center. 15 minutes and change until a long awaited rematch between Maysville and Wyoming in a Division IV state semifinal. Winner gets Glenville at UD Arena tomorrow afternoon for the state title. @WHIZscores
