We had so much fun working with The Hundred Club ⁦@TACO_errr⁩ today! 14 x 5-11 year olds and their adults made radio transmitters and went hunting for signals hidden around Thamesmead. Hoping we get a mention in their newspaper ‘WAAAH!’ this month…

Becoming diode 📻 Today we ran a workshop @TACO_errr in Thamesmead for artists taking part in Syllabus (@WysingArtsCentr). Antennas of different lengths picked up Radio 4 and 5 Live, touching the coil mixed between the 2 stations, and we grounded our radios in the nearby lake.

We had a great day constructing DIY radio receivers at XMTR AUDIO ARTS festival in St Leonards-on-Sea (UK) today! Many hands holding the antenna = stronger signal. 📻
