The Boy basketball cruises past Notre Dame 78-40. The junior varsity squad also won 68-52. Leading the bulldogs to victory was: Dontrez Williams 23, Tristan Wiggins 17, Kobe Thomas 12, P.J. Farmer 10. The boys will be back in action at home Tuesday against Normandy.

5th District Title for @SikestonHoops in the last decade. First since 2021. 26th Title in school history. 13th District title under Gregg Holifield. He picked up career win 575 tonight. 479th win at Sikeston.

All of Sikeston is so proud of @FredThatchJr . He's a great ambassador for SLU as well as his hometown. He is the perfect example of a student/athlete and has earned multiple college degrees already. He will be great in whatever he chooses to pursue. ♥️

Breaking news: SLU's Fred Thatch Jr. suffered a torn ACL in Wednesday's game. He will not only be out the rest of the season but has decided to not use his final year of eligibility, thus ending his college basketball career.
