@ApostleDeza The regulation is there, it is just that not all CEO's terms were extended. Some are new which then begs the question which process was followed for them to be appointed.

ANC comrades don’t learn‼️‼️‼️ Higher Education Minister Buti Manamela has just appointed SETA CEOs for 5 years. ❌No recruitment process ❌ No advert ❌No shortlisting ❌No transparency All of which is required by the SDA Regulations. Useless trips to Switzerland won’t save you, Buti! You must come back and account to the people of South Africa.

@MDNnewss Mkhwanazi stated that Richards Bay Minerals had its own Police station. Instruction that came from above and when he was still trying to best operationalize it. Masemola send another team from national to RBM. Masemola is weak

#MadlangaCommission Retired acting chief Justice Mbuyiseni Madlanga presses Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola on whether he would follow an order from the police minister if it had no legal foundation. Masemola replied that while refusing such an instruction might be “career limiting,” he would not go along with it.

@SABCNews What is Mary's expertise? She sounds like someone who is paid to discredit Mkhwanazi. What she says has no logic, she is all over the place. All she needed to say, president must lodge an inquiry to be led by a retired judge and the inquiry must report back within 30 days.

[WATCH] KwaZulu-Natal violence monitor Mary de Haas calls for an independent inquiry led by a retired judge to probe corruption allegations made by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, on Sunday. Lieutenant-General Mkhwanazi alleged that the SA Police Service is infiltrated by criminal syndicates. De Haas adds that Mkhwanazi should be disciplined.

@SneKhumaloSA They won't, Cat Matlala is the one at risk of being killed. He is the one compromising Sibiya and Mchunu through his phone that was confiscated and evidence found. Mkhwanazi will be neutralized by creating doubt on the evidence he has and eventually be suspended and fired.

@AldrinSampear He has to feed his family and he can only do what he knows and went to school to study for. Nomgcobo Jiba is also practicing as a lawyer. They were lawyers before being appointed and lawyers they shall remain after they have served.

I still struggle to wrap my head around the country’s former head of the NPA representing corruption accused in court. He is arguing against prosecutors who would have been his subordinates at some point.

@ramalokot DA has two but they are key and strategic, Public works and Finance. The new Public works MEC talks of audit and selling assets that he will deem not needed. Finance is back to the hands of whites, they would be prioritizing which projects are funded and how.

MK was not outmanoeuvred, this is designed outcome. IFP was given R20m before elections, offered premiership and a seat at ‘GNU’, why would they do a deal with MK? What would MK offer that is better?
Masondo Inc.@vercingetorics

I have zero sympathy for the MK Party for being outmanoeuvred by the ANC, IFP, DA and NFP in KZN. The MK party set up a meeting with the IFP to discuss a possible coalition govt in KZN. They then stood Velenkosini Hlabisa up for four hours. He gave up and left...

@MTshwete They tried in KZN and in fact the elections in KZN were not free n fair but frankly they are 2 votes short and there is nothing they can do with that. The immediate thing to do is to take municipalities in KZN through bi-election

@MTshwete There was never a miscalculation. Anc/IFP/DA are aligned, funded by the same people. There was no way Oppenheimer's would have given IFP so much money without conditions. So to hope MK would have performed magic against such odds is miscalculation itself.

How are u gonna implement pro-poor policies in a GNU where you need to over consult because have u invited DA that oppose everything that Anc stand 4. MKP will get instant gratification if they reject GNU with councillors willing 2 resign & leave Anc. EFF in 2026 will be rewarded

GNU is a no no for pro-poor parties, Anc wants to apportion its failures to them. They must let Anc, DA and VF plus coalition governs that what the Anc yearns now they just want to say all were invited. Let them have the coalition they want not this nonsense.

@MDNnewss Nationalise mines, build a state pharmaceutical company but in order to hide its failures. It wants to drag left leaning parties to the government so that failures will be contributed to all parties. MKP & EFF must not be part of this GNU but they will get a chance in 2026 & 2029

EFF leader Julius Malema has rebuffed President Cyril Ramaphosa's proposal for a Government of National Unity (GNU), which would encompass all political parties with parliamentary seats. Malema took to Twitter (X) to express his dissent, stating, "We can't share power with the enemy," in reference to the Democratic Alliance (DA), the country's second-largest political party. The EFF secured fourth place in the elections, behind the ANC, DA, and Jacob Zuma's MK party, with no party achieving a full mandate to govern. In a video statement, Malema also clarified his preference for a coalition government comprising ideologically aligned parties, rather than a GNU that includes political adversaries. While both terms are often used interchangeably, a GNU typically involves all parliamentary parties, whereas a coalition typically forms between parties sharing similar ideologies or goals. Malema's stance suggests he prioritizes a coalition that aligns with the EFF's political stance over a GNU that includes parties with divergent views.

@MDNnewss GNU is a farce where a winning party comes up with an excuse to not implement it's policies. It is also a ploy to get everyone together so you can say we failed as a collective. The Anc wants to keep the status core, it has no intention to expropriate land, create state bank

@ZANewsFlash The comrades that won the subregion were not preferred by the region. The region appointed Hadebe as the mayor after he lost the subregion elections to Mkhumane. This was done to spite and show the subregion leadership & Mkhumane that the region is in charge after all.

NEWS: The ANC in the Mbuso Kubheka region in Newcastle has been rocked by high-profile resignations just weeks before the 29 May elections. This follows the resignation of five senior members of the Dannhauser sub-region.  The leaders in the sub-region cited personal reasons for their decision – however, Scrolla.Africa has learnt that they had a fallout with Mthunzi Mkhumane, the chairperson of the sub-region and a senior councillor in the Dannhauser local municipality.  Those who have resigned are Tsoarelo Motloung, Phumelele Mngadi, Bongekile Khumalo, Nomusa Ntuli, and Sinenhlanhla Zwane. This effectively renders the sub-regional structure a one man show since the secretary passed on and another member defected to Team Sugar South Africa. @ScrollaAfrica

@ZANewsFlash This are dirty internal Anc politics where the region is forcing members of the sub-region to resign to collapse the structure. Internal maneuvers where the intention is to neutralize the regional chair by rendering him powerless.

Tell your friend car repossession is a thing of the past. Don’t be intimidated by those polo guys with the cameras. They do not have the power to take the car. Only a Sheriff with a judgement which you can refuse to sign. Don’t be bullied by the system. There are loop holes everywhere.
