Barring an unlikely turnaround, from a side that have lost 7 of their last 8 games, this'll be the 3rd time in 4 seasons that Chelsea fail to qualify for the Champions League. In that time they have finished 45, 28 and 15 points behind the Champions, and they are currently 22 points behind leaders Arsenal. They haven't come close to a title challenge. There’s a girl in my class who always answers her phone when it rings, no matter what’s happening, lessons, exams, even when the room is completely silent. She never lets it ring twice. She just lifts it, listens for a few seconds, then whispers, “Okay… I’ll be there soon,” and hangs up. The strange part is, no one ever hears the phone ring. Not once. No vibration, no sound, just her reacting like something called her. At first, we thought it was attention-seeking, some kind of act. One day the teacher got fed up, walked over, and took her phone right out of her hand. She checked everything in front of us...no call logs, messages, even the signal. Nothing. No recent calls. No missed calls. Just a blank screen. The class laughed. Even the teacher smirked as she placed it on her desk and told her to stop the nonsense. But a few minutes later, the girl slowly stood up, eyes fixed on that same phone now sitting far from her, and said softly, “It’s ringing again.” The teacher snapped, told her to sit down but then it happened...
