I'm impressed by how far ahead Larys thought Aemond told Larys to find Otto in season 2. This task was to humiliate Larys because Larys wanted to be Hand of the King, but Aemond made him find Otto to have Otto be the Hand instead. However, Larys not only refused to be humiliated but twisted Aemond's order against him in the most diabolical way. He found Otto to imprison him, not to appoint him. AND, instead of killing Otto himself, Larys had the ingenuity to leave Otto for Daemon, who had the greater grudge against him.#hotd #houseofthedragon
