@Exceptiona30452 @Oluwapelumi_SMM No, universities abroad don't ask for your NYSC certificate, as part of their requirements. Your NYSC is only relevant here in Nigeria, especially, when you want to get some government-related jobs or apply for some stuff.

@Exceptiona30452 @Oluwapelumi_SMM In many cases, university scholarships require you to submit your transcript and degree certificate. If you have this, and your international passport, NYSC program shouldn't stop you from exploring the scholarship opportunities. Prioritise them.
