February is International Boost Self-Esteem Month! All this month we will be posting social campaigns to encourage a positive self-image, confidence and to help recognize your own self-worth. 🩷🧡💛💜💚🤍 It’s very easy for us to fall into these mental traps where we can become our own worst enemy. We often can be over critical of ourselves which creates a negative impact on both our health and mental well-being. This month, let’s hit pause on the negative self-talk and focus on practicing positive self-talk starting with some simple affirmations. This will act as an exercise to start giving ourselves both the grace and compassion we deserve. Our most important relationship is the one we have with ourself, first and foremost. When we know our own worth, it helps open our hearts up allowing for deeper connections and more successful relationships with others.
