Why do we tape the mouth shut during this cardio workout? Breathing through the nose activates nitric oxide stored in the nasal cavity. This stimulates oxygen and blood circulation, and challenges CO2 tolerance to increase stamina. #WorkoutWednesday #ProCode @clavalle26
