Hi there! - Do you coach youth soccer teams at a high level? - Are you interested in how we should assess skill? - Are there aspects of skill that stand out to you? We are recruiting participants for a research study investigating expert coaches’ views of soccer skill. (1/4)

Importantly, consulting with end-users during intervention development increases the likelihood of their efficacy 🗣️ So, this study provides a range of considerations to improve flow intervention development and subsequent efficacy 🤓

To experience flow on your next run 👟runners suggest: - creating novelty or removing specific performance demands (eg running a new route or distance with low/no expectations) - setting open-ended goals - avoiding quantitative feedback - focusing on process-related stimuli
