As the sun rises, I share with a heavy heart that my dad passed away. Many of you knew him. It will be hard not seeing the coverall door open daily and not around the barn. Dad, your heartbroken grandson misses you. It's my turn to say, take care. Happy selling up there. 💚💛

@TerryDaynard @PioneerSeedsCA @Cheech_Cheech @KrisCarberry @CarterKing97 My guess is they were easier to deal with specific plates. Neat you had a collection. Some used to think rounds germinated faster. I think that’s a myth of days gone by.

Perhaps a better fit for planter plates? BTW, I once had an extensive collection of AC planter plates but then gave them all away. Wish I still had them.

Doing a little trial simulating tar spot at our research plot, defoliated leaves above and below the ear, and just the ear leaf. Will repeat in a few weeks to see how timing affects the final result.
