OK I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it EVERY SINGLE TIME I step foot in Walmart because apparently NO ONE is listening: WHY are people walking around this store looking like they literally just rolled out of bed?!?! Hair looking like a bird’s nest, lounge clothes on, slippers like you forgot you had them on before they you the house. I’m sorry but if you’re gonna come out in public to grocery shop, at least have the common decency to put on REAL CLOTHES! People are so unbelievably lazy these days it’s actually embarrassing. You shouldn’t be trotting around like that in front of actual functioning adults! It’s an embarrassment to everyone around you and quite frankly I get SECOND-HAND embarrassment just having to witness it. Fix yourselves, people. This is not a hotel lobby, it’s WALMART...

@annamaria1word The one thing cancer does is bring an enormous amount of understanding and empathy. Until we're hit with a medical issue (cancer, chronic illness, etc.), it's easy not to notice how many others are suffering too. Not to say we don't, but it's hard to know the depth of suffering.

Things cancer/chemo have taken from me: eating food, swimming, taking baths, traveling far/by plane, having a normal body without tubes, doing anything that requires dexterity including typing and handwriting. Things cancer hasn’t taken: laughing and feeling love.

Who started the “Seahawks turned down the White House” story? I noticed that headline came with zero specifics, quotes, or confirmation. It just came with a lot of noise. Crazy how fast noise travels. Last Wednesday, I watched this city celebrate a Super Bowl LX championship in the most beautiful way. The streets felt electric. All I heard was, "Best in the World" and "12s as 1.” It was so powerful that I said it was one of the best days I've ever experienced. So let me ask this, if the Seahawks do go to the White House, are we suddenly not “12s as 1” ? I believe that we are. My son and his National Championship team went to the White House last year. When he came back home, he was still my son. A visit didn’t change who he was. So If we truly believe this team is “The Best in the World,” then we celebrate them either way. So I'll leave you with this. We’re either as 1, or we’re not. 🗣️🌏 #Seahawks

Seattle was breathtaking today. Downtown was a sea of blue and green, families high-fiving strangers, folks showing love all down the streets, and a whole city celebrating like we’ve never celebrated before. @seahawkeye @Seahawks Honestly, I was a little "meh" at the beginning of the season, but in about November I really saw their spark. Sometime shifted and from them on they were unbeatable. Macdonald has been incredible, but that D has really stood up too!

@seahawkeye It's all good! I'm on the way to a great summer of hiking and enjoying where we live – vs. the last summer of hobbling around. I'm already surprised how quick my recovery has been, but I also know I can't do a full-day parade experience (as much as I want to).

I run a business. A sports bar, JJ's Place. Yesterday 80% of the bar wanted the Turning point halftime show. The rest wanted Bad Bunny. To accommodate I put the TV's on half and half. The 20% started canceling the orders, taking to social media calling me a racist, being disrespectful to my staff, and leaving 1 ⭐️ reviews on Google and Yelp. Mind you the 80% who wanted the Turning Point halftime show weren't happy that Bad Bunny stayed on, but they didn't leave me a bad review, take to social media, cancel their orders, or disrespect my staff. It has become impossible to run a business. I support 3 generations of my family on a sole income, and try to accommodate everyone. The bar business is not what it used to be. Sad day.💔
