@DebonairsPizza - the service was so bad I had to cancel my order. There was no manager on site and I left the store without my refund, can someone call me for my refund ASAP. Tembisa mall store.
@My_SPAR Mall of Tembisa. The manager (Khanyisile) and cashiers made us wait for a prolonged period of time only to inform us when we were about to make payments that they currently offline. The cashier displayed a horrible attitude towards us. No purchase made! 😩
@HisenseSA@PicknPay I guess the technician that was supposed to be in contact with me urgently either did not get message to contact me or does not understand the importance of urgency. Or hisense just does not care, u buy their product and that's were it end.
@HisenseSA firstly, calls to your call center go unanswered and it becomes pointless to have that dept because I'm struggling to follow up on my case. Secondly the service I've received with my warranty request thus far is absolutely absurd & no one seems to be attending to it 😡
