The Northern Command worked to coordinate the replacement of the statue from the moment it received the report of the incident. Sie testen nicht mehr gegen Placebo, sondern gegen Vorläuferstoffe, und messen Antikörpertiter statt effektiven Schutz. Die USA lehnen derartige Fake-Verfahren ab.
