Asked a candidate to send an up to date copy of her CV and she sent me one that turned out to be 7 years out of date. She said she didn’t realise it hadn’t been updated.

If you interview someone you should be able to give feedback within 24 hours. I’m not sure why it would take weeks to make a decision.

Candidate tells me he is desperate for a new job. I get him an interview and he’s just told me he’ll only go if I can confirm the company closes at 2.30pm on a Friday, as his last job did.🤬

Stop ‘updating’ the job description but not the salary range.
