Tigers CF solution is obvious: Riley Greene
Can’t let fear stop you from putting out the best possible lineup
He *might* get injured which hurts the team but not playing him *definitely* hurts
It’s not the full season, just for a tough early stretch so it doesn’t get away
@JimCosta_ Not sure I agree with your take. Carp and Greene being hurt for extended periods of time last season really affected the lineup. I’d rather them preserve his health and play him in the corners. Season is a marathon not a sprint
@JimCosta_ If they’re not going to sign a an MLB CF, then put Clark in CF until Meadows is back. Clark seems to have the makeup to get the early call up and doesn’t seem fragile like Tork and other young call ups in the past. Love Riley, be he runs like my 75 year old dad. Young man’s game.
@Peninsularprat@JimCosta_ Jim doesn’t know what he’s talking about, would make zero sense putting your best player in a spot where there’s a higher chance of him getting hurt. It’s a marathon not a sprint.
@Coach_Du4@tigersMLreport He had 2 strikeouts, I get that he gave up a homer but at the end of the day it wasn’t that bad. Can’t expect perfection every time
