@prettyboyhass @SenMoonss I think the phrase “real hip hop” comes off a bit exclusionary/elitist usually has a white lens of what’s considered worthy/good in hip hop and implies you have to do it a certain way to be acclaimed. Earl has proven throughout his career to not care about those parameters

@SenMoonss It’s in quotations for a reason, because it’s a term used to bring down genres like trap and rage or whatever. They’re simply asking him about what he thinks about the part of his fanbase that looks down on the direction he’s going. What’s so wrong about that?
