How do you treat the Hantavirus?
Ivermectin + Vitamin D + Zinc
Have your vitamin D level checked (blood).
If your levels are under 40 (on a scale of 0-100), then start taking vitamin D3 15,000 IU a day for two months and then recheck.
Your goal should be a level of 60-80.

Cervical injuries are complicated especially in a sport with constant use of force in the head & neck area.
It’s unclear if Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah (JOK) will ever be able to return to the field, my guess is no, as it’s not worth the risk.
As of now, he’s out for the entire 2026 season.
