@RiotRepertoir And the thing that goes for items GLP i don't see anyone building the item i might be mistaken but never see it in high elo. Maybe revert it back to how it used to be with Cata + Revolver = GLP and the glp goes threw minouns cause its unusable item

@RiotRepertoir Well when you Removed the Old runes we used to play 4.5% ms on asol for our early game when u removed that u gave us celerity (4.5% i think) then u nerfed it to 3% then to 2% and then made it just unplayable just revert celerity to a constant speed again and give us old MS runes.
