In 2012, after a CS:GO update, many pros — including gla1ve and MSL — pushed to remove the Molotov. They argued it had no real counter, since smokes couldn’t extinguish it. Gla1ve even created a petition to ban Molotovs from the game. Valve ignored the community. Then, about 3 months later, they added the exact change players were asking for — smokes could extinguish Molotovs. Will they fix the newest update in the same way?
